On Friday December 2nd 2022 the third Microbiome Friday took place at IAS. During this Microbiome Friday event again two of our own presented their research and gave their peers a chance to ask questions or share tips.
– Roel van der Ploeg (UvA) – ‘Data Integration of Oral Microbiome and Metabolome Data Using PARAFAC”
– Vincent Pappalardo (ACTA) – “A New Approach to Assess the Relationship Between Microbial Niches”
Again, being joined by a lot of our colleagues, we had some drinks afterwards and shared ideas. Also some colleagues joined online again.
